This was a home away from home. The place was very clean and felt extremely safe. I would most definitely stay here again when I come back. Mariannik was the absolute best, she was super informative and helpful. She even lent me phone to use so I could have service and feel safe. I recommend this is where you stay when you come to Havana!!

This apartment is a gem of Old Havana. It was super clean and cozy. Coming back to the quiet place with air conditioning was always an excellent way to end the day in the hot and bustling Old Havana. Mariannik was incredibly helpful during my entire stay in Cuba. When I first arrived, she helped me exchange money and figure out the local SIM card with my phone. There is a WiFi router in the apartment but you will need to buy minutes to use the internet from the local Etecsa shop close by. Mariannik helped me connect with some local taxi drivers and also was always very responsive when I had questions during my stay. If I come back to Havana in the future, I would 100% stay here again. I decided that I wanted to visit Havana Cuba for my birthday. I choose Mariannik's apartment because of it's location. Everything is within walking distance: the capital, Floridrita, stores, restaurants, even a hop on hop off bus service. The apartment was very cozy & welcoming. The air condition was a Godsend & works extremely well! Cuba in July is hot! Lol! My hubby & I were grateful after a long day of walking around/ tours coming home to a nice, cool & clean apartment! 🙂 Be advised that there is several flight of stairs you have to climb. The apt building itself is very clean & safe. The immediate area itself is bustling with activities & is a mixture of residences & businesses. We felt completely safe & everyone was friendly & helpful. Mariannik assisted with taxi service to & from the aiprort. She also assisted with tours/lent us a cell phone. Miss Lucy made breakfast daily & both ladies surprised me with a delicious birthday cake! My hubby and I were treated like family!

Mariannik was a very good host and gave us a lot of usefull information, every tourist in Cuba should know before going! However, we didnt love the area, it just didnt feel very secure, especially at night. The apartment was very clean and the lady next door made us feel at ease!!! Mariannik booked our day trips and helped us with transportation - which is necessary when u visit Cuba. Overall a good value for money

Mariannik nos ajudou desde a reserva, até o último momento do Checkout. Ela nos ajudou com câmbio de moeda local de forma muito fácil e próativa. Além disso, nos ajudou com dicas de lugares perto do apartamento para visitar e também indicou a Lucy, que foi no apartamento fazer nosso café da manhã. Tivemos uma conversa incrível com a Lucy e super recomendo pegar o café da manhã com ela! Apartamento da Mariannik é lindo, com fotos inspiradoras e ar condicionado potente. O apartamento fica muito perto do Capitólio e do La Floridita, localização incrível e ótimo para caminhar por Havana Vieja. Tudo foi perfeito!

La ubicación excelente. Recomendable para personas que puedan subir escaleras porque hay que subir muchas...varios pisos. El aire funcionaba excelente. La seguridad del lugar muy buena nadie puede entrar sino tienen llaves y el edificio está en excelentes condiciones.
